夏天不經不覺又完了,天氣轉冷人也自然變懶了!今天來介紹兩個平躺的練習,這兩個練習以修臀和瘦臀為主,非常適合長期久坐臀肌缺乏鍛鍊的朋友!
雖然是躺著的練習,但建議在地板上練習比較有效(而且更安全)!
