About CloudC Yoga Education

CloudC Yoga is a lifelong education in how to live well.

We offer structured yoga study. Our curriculum combines modern science with the ancient holistic frameworks of the Yoga Sutras, Hatha Yoga, Ayurveda, and TCM philosophy.

To move the body safely, you must first understand the mind. By prioritising intention in every practice, our students learn not only the techniques of yoga but also how to connect with its deeper meaning and purpose.

Health is grounded in the practical foundations of daily life. We define True Health by three essential foundations:

  1. Eat Well: Nourishing the body with intention.

  2. Rest Well: Cultivating the art of conscious rest, from yoga nidra, meditation, and savasana to deep sleep.

  3. Move Well: Cultivating physical strength and stamina through regular yoga asana practice.
