About The Event
This holistic class works on the mind, body, and spirit. By its nature, yoga is therapeutic, and in this session, we specifically focus on tension relief from the neck, shoulder, back and spine.
This class was designed for WeWork members who often experience tightness around the body after busy working days.
The session moved gently, starting with basic breathing exercises, slowly moving into well-balanced postures, and eventually integrating our minds into the relaxing meditative stage.
It was a great event for professionals to connect through yoga practice and seek work-life balance during daily work routines.
